Surface Treatment Process

We can achieve mold surface treatment as per various specifications demand, from general texture, to special surfaces like laser engraved hair-thin textures, laser engraved textures with special patterns, water ripple textures, and other special design textures

Our high speed precision carving equipment (30000rpm) can achieve the same effects of mechanical polishing function, so that the precision and smoothness can be kept without distorting geometry.

EDM Treatment Process

According to various complex geometrical requirements, electrodes made by precision mirror discharge can produce high precision directly, reach surface grade as mirror surface, handling all kinds of texture. It fully combines characteristics of the design and precise size requirements.
