The application of mold flow analysis can meet the needs of different product development and design. Through high-speed carving and cutting (30000rpm), precision mirror discharge, high-precision wire cutting process technology, combined with 3D CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine), high-precision, high quality molds are manufactured.

A. We can meet various product requirements to create a variety of mold surface processing specifications, from general textures to laser etched complex surface textures and patterns, water droplets pattern, ripple wave lines and other special design textures. Various levels of polishing, including mirror treatment, optical mirror treatment, glare mirror, electroformed mirror are also possible.

B.High-speed carving and cutting (30000rpm) technology can reach polishing similar to chemical mechanical polishing, allowing high precision and highly polished finish without distortion.

C.Precision mirror surface EDM, in response to a variety of complex geometric requirements, can directly create a high precision, highly polished mirror surface, with all kinds of patterns and textures, to form the perfect combination of design requirements and dimensional requirements of the product.

D.High-precision wire-cutting process allows many of the original complex angular work, through high-precision wire cutting to achieve seamless splicing, omitting the cumbersome and time-consuming discharge for these type of work.

We have mold making and injection-molding technology for special materials, with deep understanding in special plastic engineering. For example, we can make tools and injection mold for high insulation Bakelite material. We are capable of providing tooling and production for PPSU, a special material with resistance to high temperature, PPS, and fire-proof UL rated V0 materials and a variety of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) plastic material with different hardness.
We have more than 30 years of experience in mold manufacturing industry, cooperating with customers to complete tooling and production parts spanning hundreds of different materials. Different materials have different properties, so the die steel and molding parameters are very different. We reasonable apply our experience and technology to achieve customer’s special needs.

1. PPSU is a material with temperature resistance up to 220 C, offering exceptional rigidity and toughness. Because of its own special nature, mold steel needs special hardening. The material is dry and the molding temperature needs to reach a high point. However, this material is suitable for the production of heat resistant instrumentation and medical machinery, anti-wear-resistant modules and insulation, and it is very popular with customers. We have worked with the customer to successfully develop a tracking instrument cover for special environmental conditions.

2. Bakelite has high insulation, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and greater mechanical strength properties. So it is often used in the manufacture of electronics parts, such as switch, lamp base, earphone, phone case, instrument case and so on. We have made transformers part switches for this material.

3. Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) plastic materials, such as TPE,TPU,TPV etc. are also commonly used for outer parts of the cover parts as a buffer and/or aesthetic function, but also allow it to wrap in a waterproof enclosure to get sealing effect.

PPS,PA series products and PA series plus fiber, PBT and plus fiber materials, PMMA,POM,PC,PC/ABS,GPPS and so on. These materials are used as specialty plastic injection and processing materials.

High Difficulty Double Injection and Multi-shot Technology


We have innovative injection molding technology which could combine two, three, four or more colors or materials in one product. So that products can meet the multi-color and mult-material requirements of a specific part while also meeting the diverse functional requirements.
Twin-shot mold can use two kinds of plastic materials in the same injection molding machine, forming two times, but the products are only molded once. This molding process is also called double injection molding, using a specialized double-color injection molding machine and one set of mold to complete two kinds of material injection.
Our company has different tonnage and sizes of two-shot injection molding machines. These machines can produce double injection parts ranging from smaller pieces such as mini USB cover to large pieces that can complete 350mm length of the instrument shell. Our company already has a very mature technology in this field, well known in the industry for our superior double injection products. In addition, we not only produce two-color products, but also achieve three-color and multi-material molding, becoming the customers’ first choice as their complex high-difficulty and multi-color housing and parts supplier.
The common double injection product has soft plastic material coated on the periphery of the hard plastic material. However, we can provide the parts which two kinds of hard plastic parts combined with each other, and also adopt this technology to combine high-transparent windows with rigid plastic in a product.

We have professional process control capability, adopting statistical techniques to evaluate the process variability and the process of advanced product quality plan, bringing down the process variability to a minimum. We can achieve this by using control chart, frequency distribution chart, and other statistical survey. The steps as following :

1. Determine the quality characteristics that can represent the process capability.

2. Make samples drawn from process to get the specificity.

3. Figure out the average value and standard deviation ( frequency distribution chart).

4. Find out the abnormal phenomena, and considering whether it is well worth taking actions or not.

5. Take actions to abnormal phenomena.

We have the technology through 3D printing rapid verification to shorten the distance from design to product, which can provide customers with special shaped metal mold printing and mirror surface metal mold printing. The subtle features can reach 0.02mm and control printing for the pore sized air-permeable mold parts.
At present, the combination of 3D printing and mold design technology special applications are:

1. High-gloss mirror surface metal mold printing, subtle features can reach 0.02mm.

2. Controllable pore size of the porous metal mold parts print.

3.It can quickly verify and shorten the process of design from the actual product by 3D printing. High precision 3D printing can effectively test assembly of different parts before tooling is initiated to save time and costs.

And meanwhile, we make full use of Moldex 3D dynamic material database to fully understand the characteristics of composite materials at different pressures, temperatures and speeds, making the application of composite plastic materials more practical.

Our company specializes in developing and designing different molds, from product design to manufacturing feasibility analysis, eg. product strength, assembly feasibility analysis, injection molding analysis (mold flow analysis), the final mold body movement analysis, mold structure strength analysis. Therefore, previously difficulties and detected problems can be prevented in advance, thereby shorten the development cycle and reduce unnecessary time and testing costs.

The general mold design applications are:

1. Mold Mechanism 3D Dynamic Anti-interference Simulation.
